Many of us await the new to begin works of a positive nature, healing, learning, expansion and for the gardener, another set of seedlings will be cast into the ground. That bright new energy fills us with anticipation of what miracles and blessings may come, and all that which is possible during this period.
I have found the New Moon to be a time of new meetings, even deep soul connections. We may certainly have soul mates, whether they are people we’ve shared many lifetimes with, or those whom we have intricate commonalities with; these profound and often perplexing counterparts exist. When contact is made, wonderful things happen, such as spiritual growth, new perspectives, and in some instances, even the transformation of our beings. Some of these relationships forged can have darker, even dangerous landscapes within them as the spirits of our path test us, break us, and rebuild us, while others are gentle and lovely as a flower.
One way we know such a connection is through the eyes. The being which truly knows us will look right into our core, sending shivers, grabbing the depths of the solar plexus in fear and familiarity, exhilaration and arrival at ‘home.’
No connection is without fire, and the settling of differences, the sharing of where we’ve been, and what we’ve become. Navigation can be tricky, but in wisdom and guidance, patience and persistence can enrich something which is truly worthwhile.
